AACAT-1870 is pleased to announce that registration is now officially open for both the Summer Digital Lab and Fall 2026 Cohort IV: The Finale. These virtual cohort experiences are designed for individuals interested in African American community archives theory, digital humanities, preservation, memory work, and community-centered archival practice.

 SUMMER DIGITAL LAB
July 12th – August 30th, 2026
Registration Open Through July 1st, 2026

FALL 2026 | AACAT-1870 Cohort IV: The Finale
September 30th – December 31st, 2026
Registration Open May 12th – August 1st, 2026. 

Please note: Only 20 participants will be admitted into each cohort experience. No scholarships or tuition assistance are available at this time. However, installment payment options are available through PayPal at the time tuition fees are remitted.

 These cohorts are intentionally designed as small learning communities to encourage engagement, collaboration, critical dialogue, and individualized support throughout the experience.
